In Re-3J, our goals are heavily and intentionally aimed at improving our primary responsibility: student achievement and post-secondary readiness. Each school within the district has corresponding action steps that support the three pillars of our 2025/26 Destination Success Strategic Plan. For each pillar, school staff develop plans that are implemented, monitored, and adjusted throughout the year. In order to support readiness and success, a group of stakeholders, including parents, community members, staff, and students, collaborated to create the graduate profile, which identifies the essential skills our Re-3J students and graduates work to master. When it comes down to it, our schools are focused first and foremost on supporting every Weld Re-3J student to build proficiency in reading, writing, math and core academic subject areas.
